5. Postsecondary enrollment opportunities are established for secondary school students. School corporations and eligible institutions may collaborate to offer:
(1)early college programs;
(2)college courses taught by faculty members of eligible
institutions; or
(3)concurrent enrollment college courses;
that meet the educational objectives of the school corporation and are
offered by eligible institutions in secondary school locations.
