Text

A state educational institution may permit a student who:

(1)receives a secondary school level certificate of achievement in a particular subject or skill area; and
(2)satisfies the standards for receipt of academic credit as determined by the state educational institution; to receive postsecondary credit at the state educational institution for the secondary school level certificate of achievement.
