Text

"Eligible institution", for purposes of IC 21-43-4, means an accredited public or private:

(1)college; or
(2)university; located in Indiana that grants a baccalaureate or an associate degree and offers postsecondary enrollment opportunities. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-30-11-1.]
