Text
Not later than July 1, 2016, and by July 1 of
each subsequent year, each state educational institution shall provide
data driven reports to the commission for higher education concerning
the performance of transfer students who are graduates with an
associate degree at the state educational institution in single
articulation pathways created under section 4 of this chapter.
