The commission for higher education and each
state educational institution shall publicize by all appropriate means,
including publication on the Internet web site of the commission for
higher education and the Internet web site of each state educational
institution, the availability of and requirements for the completion of
a degree through a single articulation pathway created under section 4
of this chapter.
