§ 21-42-5-3 — Powers of commission
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 42 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 5 Statewide Core Transfer Library; Degree Program
The commission for higher education shall exercise its powers and duties under this chapter to facilitate the use of:
(1)the core transfer library at state educational institutions; and
(2)articulation degree programs at Ivy Tech Community College
and Vincennes University.
