The commission for higher education may establish, with the assistance of the committee on statewide transfer and articulation, a statewide core transfer library of at least seventy

(70)courses that are transferable on all campuses of the state educational institutions in accordance with the principles in section 4 of this chapter. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-0.5-8(18).]
