§ 21-42-4-3 — Religious instruction; teacher qualifications
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 42 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 4 Credits From School for Biblical or Religious Instruction
A teacher at a school for biblical and religious
instruction must have the ability and educational preparation for
teaching the subjects offered equal to the ability and education
requirements of the teachers in the state educational institution in
which credit is to be given.
