§ 21-42-4-1 — Religious instruction
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 42 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 4 Credits From School for Biblical or Religious Instruction
A state educational institution may permit a
student enrolled in the state educational institution to elect part of the
work required for graduation from the state educational institution in
a school for biblical and religious instruction.
