§ 21-42-3-4 — Offering of identified courses
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 42 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 3 Transfer of Credits Among State Educational Institutions
Based upon the demand for enrollment in a course identified under section 2 of this chapter and the resources available to the state educational institutions, an identified course shall be offered through:
(1)onsite instruction;
(2)telecommunication; or
(3)a combination of methods described in subdivisions (1) and
(2);
at on-campus or off-campus sites.
