Text
Based upon the demand for enrollment in a course identified under section 2 of this chapter and the resources available to the state educational institutions, an identified course shall be offered through:
(1)onsite instruction;
(2)telecommunication; or
(3)a combination of methods described in subdivisions (1) and
(2);
at on-campus or off-campus sites.
