§ 21-42-3-1 — Transfer credits; equivalency testing
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 42 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 3 Transfer of Credits Among State Educational Institutions
A state educational institution shall:
(1)accept the transfer credit of an appropriate course successfully
completed by a student at another state educational institution
having the same level of accreditation; or
(2)allow the student to receive equal credit by successfully
completing equivalency testing in the subject area.
