§ 21-42-1-4 — "School for biblical and religious instruction"

Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 42 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 1 General Provisions; Definitions

"School for biblical and religious instruction" means a school that teaches biblical and religious education conducted and maintained by:

(1)an association;
(2)a college;
(3)a seminary;
(4)a foundation; or
(5)a school organized for religious instruction; and incorporated under the laws of Indiana. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-18-1 part.]
