§ 21-41-5-7 — Duties
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 41 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 5 Ivy Tech Community College; Educational Programs
As Indiana's community college system, Ivy Tech Community College shall:
(1)offer a community college curriculum and training services as
described in IC 21-22 and this chapter at all of the college's major
instructional sites; and
(2)provide an opportunity for students to earn associate degrees
that are accepted by four (4) year colleges and universities.
