As Indiana's community college system, Ivy Tech Community College shall:

(1)offer a community college curriculum and training services as described in IC 21-22 and this chapter at all of the college's major instructional sites; and
(2)provide an opportunity for students to earn associate degrees that are accepted by four (4) year colleges and universities. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-75-4 part.]
