§ 21-41-4-4 — Religious qualifications not required

Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 41 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 4 Indiana University; Curricula; Dental College
A student, trustee, president, professor, or officer of Indiana University is not required to hold any religious qualification as a condition for admission to any privilege in Indiana University. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-23-8.]
