§ 21-41-3-3 — Construction and operation authorized
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 41 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 3 Ball State University; College of Architecture
The board of trustees may:
(1)erect;
(2)construct;
(3)equip;
(4)furnish;
(5)operate; and
(6)control;
as a division of Ball State University, a college of architecture and
planning to be known as the Ball State college of architecture and
planning.
