§ 21-41-15-5 — Consideration for higher educational operation funding outcomes based formula

The commission for higher education may consider baccalaureate degrees completed within three (3) years for the purposes of the higher educational operating funding outcomes based formula created by the commission for higher education under IC 21-18-16-2.
