Text

(a)Not later than July 1, 2025, each state educational institution shall offer at least one (1) baccalaureate degree program specifically structured to allow a full-time student to complete the baccalaureate degree program within three (3) years.
(b)A baccalaureate degree program described in subsection (a):
(1)must include specialized coaching and guidance;
(2)must include opportunities for a student to engage in experiential and work based learning; and
(3)may not require a student to have already earned credit hours during high school as postsecondary credit through a:
(A)dual credit course;
(B)dual enrollment course; or
(C)similar early college program.
