§ 21-41-13-10 — Graduation rate exclusions

Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 41 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 13 Reverse Transfer Program for Community College
Neither the commission for higher education nor a state educational institution may include an associate degree awarded under this chapter or through any similar reverse transfer process in graduation rate calculations or similar completion rate measures for a particular state educational institution.
