§ 21-41-11-5 — Duties of university; annual report
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 41 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 11 Indiana State University; Principal Institute
(a)The university shall:
(1)appoint a full-time director to administer the institute;
(2)employ staff necessary to implement this chapter;
(3)appoint members of the advisory board; and
(4)submit to the general assembly an annual report before July 1
of each year.
(b)The annual report of the institute must be in an electronic format
under IC 5-14-6 and must include the following:
(1)A summary of the activities of the institute.
(2)Data on the number of individuals trained.
(3)An analysis of the extent to which the purposes of the institute
have been accomplished.
(4)A proposal for a program and budget for the two (2) years
following the year that is the subject of the report.
