Text
(a)Subject to subsection (c), a state
educational institution shall approve for admission an Indiana resident
who:
(1)graduates with an Indiana diploma established under IC 20-19-2-21(c);
(2)meets the diploma designation described in IC 20-19-2-21(e)(2) and the requirements for the designation under
511 IAC 6-7.2-21(b)(2); and
(3)submits a nationally recognized college entrance exam score
to the state educational institution to which the resident is
applying.
(b)Admission approval provided by a state educational institution
to an Indiana resident under subsection (a) does not guarantee the
resident admission to a specific academic degree or program of the
state educational institution.
