§ 21-40-4-4 — Commission on higher education to encourage private institutions to adopt similar requirements

The commission for higher education shall
encourage accredited private postsecondary educational institutions to
adopt general regular admissions requirements and exceptions to the
regular admissions requirements that are similar to the requirements set
forth in section 2 of this chapter.
