If the commission for higher education establishes a student survey under section 1 of this chapter, the commission for higher education may do the following:
(1)Prepare a biennial report that summarizes, for each institution,
the information collected from the student survey responses.
(2)Submit the report described in subdivision (1) to the
legislative council in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6.
(3)Post the report on the commission for higher education's
website.
