Text
A fire department and fire and safety personnel may provide the services authorized under this chapter:
(1)upon real property owned or occupied by Purdue University's
West Lafayette campus, including the streets passing through and
adjacent to the campus; and
(2)at any other location in Indiana if the board of trustees
approves and the fire and safety personnel are engaged in the
discharge of official duties.
