§ 21-39-7-5 — West Lafayette campus fire department
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 39 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 7 Purdue University Fire and Emergency Services
The board of trustees may:
(1)establish a fire department and employ fire and safety
personnel at the West Lafayette campus;
(2)determine the duties and direct the conduct of fire and safety
personnel;
(3)prescribe distinctive uniforms for fire and safety personnel;
and
(4)obtain emergency vehicles and equipment for the fire
department.
