§ 21-39-7-2 — "Fire and safety personnel"
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 39 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 7 Purdue University Fire and Emergency Services
As used in this chapter, "fire and safety
personnel" means individuals employed by Purdue University at the
West Lafayette campus as firefighters or safety personnel to render fire
suppression, fire prevention, emergency response, and emergency
medical services on campus.
