§ 21-39-6-2 — Additional powers of police officers
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 39 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 6 Request for Assistance From Law Enforcement Officers
When any law enforcement officer is on the
property of the state educational institution by virtue of a request under
this chapter, the law enforcement officer possesses all powers
conferred by this article upon police officers appointed by the board of
trustees of the state educational institution, in addition to the powers
otherwise conferred upon the law enforcement officers by law.
