§ 21-39-6-1 — Request for additional police assistance
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 39 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 6 Request for Assistance From Law Enforcement Officers
The board of trustees of a state educational institution may empower one (1) or more officials of the state educational institution to request the assistance of law enforcement officers of the:
(1)state;
(2)counties;
(3)cities; and
(4)towns;
when necessary.
