The board of trustees of Vincennes University shall:

(1)make ordinances for the government and discipline of Vincennes University;

(2)examine the state of education and discipline at Vincennes University; and

(3)make a yearly report of the items described in subdivisions (1) and (2) to the general assembly in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citations: 23-13-18-8(2); 23-13-18-8(7); 23-13-18-8(8).]
