§ 21-39-2-1 — Status of students and faculty intact
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 39 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 2 Regulations; Discipline
Sections 2 through 5 of this chapter may not be
construed to discourage or disparage the status of students, faculty, and
other persons or the valid concerns of the public in matters of policy
and of management of a state educational institution.
