§ 21-39-1-4 — "Violation"

Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 39 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 1 General Provisions; Definitions

"Violation" refers to the existence of:

(1)a violation of a federal law or regulation;
(2)a violation of a state law or rule;
(3)a violation of an ordinance of a political subdivision; or
