§ 21-38-8-6 — Approval or disapproval of matching funds
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 38 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 8 Indiana Excellence in Teaching Endowment
(a)The council shall approve or disapprove a
matching grant application within sixty (60) days after the application
is received by the council.
(b)The council may approve a grant application with an amount
that is the same or less than the amount requested by the state
educational institution.
