Text

(a)The council shall approve or disapprove a matching grant application within sixty (60) days after the application is received by the council.
(b)The council may approve a grant application with an amount that is the same or less than the amount requested by the state educational institution. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-69-11.]
