Text
Before beginning employment, each person who is:
(1)a citizen or subject of any country other than the United
States; and
(2)to serve as a professor or in another teaching capacity in a
state educational institution;
shall subscribe to an oath to support the United States' institutions and
policies during the individual's stay in Indiana.
