Text
A state educational institution that
establishes, supports, sustains, or employs an office or individual
whose primary duties include coordinating, creating, developing,
designing, implementing, organizing, planning, or promoting noncredit
earning diversity programming shall include within the mission of the
office or position programming that substantially promotes both
cultural and intellectual diversity.
