§ 21-38-1-5 — "Distinguished teacher"
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 38 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 1 General Provisions; Definitions
"Distinguished teacher" means an individual who:
(1)has demonstrated excellence in teaching as judged by the
individual's students and peers; and
(2)is or will be employed in a full-time faculty position at a state
educational institution.
