An award for the development, use, and management, if applicable, of property is not final until:

(1)approved by the governor and the budget agency, with the recommendation of the budget committee; and
(2)the notice is provided as specified in section 11 of this chapter. [Pre-2007 Higher Education Recodification Citation: 20-12-1.5-5 part.]
