§ 21-35-6-16 — Liability of institution limited
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 35 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 6 Revenue Bonds; Vincennes University
Indebtedness, a bond, or an obligation
incurred or created under the authority of this chapter may not be or
become a lien, charge, or liability against Vincennes University or
against the property or funds of Vincennes University except to the
extent authorized by this chapter.
