§ 21-35-6-12 — Bonds; notice of sale
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 35 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 6 Revenue Bonds; Vincennes University
Vincennes University shall publish notice
under section 11(2) of this chapter if it sells bonds at negotiated sale
not later than thirty (30) days after the execution of the contract of sale
for the bonds.
