Text

The board of trustees of a state educational institution may, if the board of trustees finds that a necessity exists, erect, construct, reconstruct, extend, remodel, improve, complete, equip, furnish, operate, control, and manage support facilities at or in connection with the state educational institution or another state educational institution for purposes of the respective state educational institutions.
