§ 21-34-8-1 — Liability of trustees for indebtedness limited
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 34 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 8 Bonds: Liability for Debt; Tax Exempt Status; Eligibility
IC 21-34-4 or another provision of this article
may not be construed to make any board of trustees of a state
educational institution liable for any indebtedness, bonds, or
obligations incurred, created, or issued under the authority of this
article by any other state educational institution.
