Indiana Statutes
§ 21-34-6-16 — Mandatory redemption
Bonds may be made subject, at the option of
the holders, to mandatory redemption by the board of trustees of the
state educational institution at the times and under the circumstances
set forth in the authorizing resolution or indenture.
