§ 21-34-4-2 — Joint use agreements; contents

A joint use agreement may provide, among
other things, that any board of trustees of a state educational institution
that is a party to the joint use agreement may lease or sublease for any
term not exceeding forty (40) years any building facility acquired by
the board of trustees of the state educational institution or the use of
which is or may be available to the board of trustees of the state
educational institution or any part of the building facilities to one (1)
or more other boards of trustees of a state educational institution that
are parties to the joint use agreement.
