§ 21-33-2-5 — Ball State University; health and basic science facilities
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 33 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 2 Facilities Planning Fund
If approved by the commission for higher
education, Ball State University may pay for project costs related to
architectural, engineering, and consulting services for the construction
and renovation of health and basic sciences facilities, including Cooper
Science, in excess of the limits set forth in IC 21-33-3-5 and IC 21-33-3-6. If the project is recommended by the commission for higher
education to the general assembly, these costs may be reimbursed.
