§ 21-32-1-4 — "Person"
Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 32 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS: BONDS·Ch. 1 General Provisions; Definitions
"Person" includes:
(1)a corporation;
(2)a limited liability company;
(3)a partnership;
(4)a firm;
(5)an association;
(6)a joint venture;
(7)an individual; and
(8)any combination of the entities listed in this section.
