The control of the Purdue University Airport is under the board of trustees of Purdue University. The board of trustees may do the following:
(1)Establish standards and promulgate reasonable rules and
regulations, consistent with state and federal rules regarding
matters governing the use of Purdue University Airport as a
public airport.
(2)Establish, collect, and receive reasonable fees for the use of
Purdue University Airport and its facilities.
(3)Accept, receive, and receipt for federal money, and other
money, either public or private:
(A)for the acquisition, construction, enlargement,
improvement, maintenance, equipment, or operation of:
(i)Purdue University Airport;
(ii)other air navigation facilities incident to Purdue
University Airport; and
(iii)sites for Purdue University
