§ 21-31-2-9 — Vincennes University board; authority to erect, purchase, or hire suitable buildings
The board of trustees of Vincennes University
may erect, purchase, or hire, as the board of trustees determines most
expedient, suitable buildings to carry out the purposes of Vincennes
University.
