§ 21-31-2-8 — Vincennes University board; authority to purchase, hold, lease, or convey real or personal property
The board of trustees of Vincennes University,
in the name of the board of trustees purchasing, holding, leasing, and
conveying, may purchase, hold, lease, and convey any estate, real or
personal, for the use of Vincennes University.
