Text
The board of trustees of Purdue University shall take in charge, have, hold, possess, and manage all:
(1)property and money comprehended in the donations;
(2)funds derived from the sale of the land scrip donated under the
act of Congress and the increase of those funds; and
(3)money or other property that is at any time donated to and for
the use of Purdue University.
