§ 21-31-2-5 — Ivy Tech Community College board; authority to acquire, construct, and control real and personal property

The board of trustees of Ivy Tech Community College may hold, encumber, control, acquire by donation or purchase, construct, own, lease, use, and sell real and personal property as is necessary for the conduct of its program of operation, on whatever terms and for whatever consideration may be appropriate.
