Text
The board of trustees of Indiana University may:
(1)possess all the real and personal property of Indiana
University for its benefit;
(2)take and hold, in their corporate name, any real or personal
property for the benefit of Indiana University; and
(3)expend the income of Indiana University for its benefit.
