§ 21-31-2-4 — Indiana University board; authority to acquire real and personal property

Indiana·Title 21 HIGHER EDUCATION·Art. 31 STATE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS:·Ch. 2 General Powers

The board of trustees of Indiana University may:

(1)possess all the real and personal property of Indiana University for its benefit;
(2)take and hold, in their corporate name, any real or personal property for the benefit of Indiana University; and
