Text
The board of trustees of Vincennes
University may lease or sell property of Vincennes University that, in
the judgment of the board of trustees of Vincennes University, is not
required for educational purposes, together with any improvements
constructed on the property or to be constructed on the property. The
lease or sale must be made upon the terms and conditions that the
board of trustees determines proper.
